PRE-OREDER INFO:

We only do pre-orders on stock that we have placed orders for meaning we are not overselling and hoping that we can get additional items at a later date. All of the items available on the site have already been placed with our wholesaler. They will always arrive (but sometimes Funko or our wholesaler push back dates for us.) Which is stressful and annoying for all of us but our goal is complete and total transparency with our customers. We will keep you updated, you can always reach out to us via email or live chat for any questions and concerns.

SHIPPING SCHEDULE:

Orders will be shipped when the last item in your order becomes available. For example, if you order a Funko Pop scheduled for September release and another for December, your entire order will only be shipped once the December item is in stock.

ESTIMATED ARRIVAL DATES:

We strive to provide accurate estimated arrival dates for our products. However, these dates are subject to change based on our wholesaler's information. Always check the title and description of each product for the most up-to-date arrival estimates. We'll keep you informed with any updates or changes.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL:

Once an order is placed it cannot be returned, or refunded (We do offer Pre-Order cancelations within 48 hours of purchase) Please review your order carefully before finalizing the purchase.
